Body of the Safe
1. Exterior RST 37-2 (37 stahl) steel plate of 8 mm thick.
Special constuction of gauze plates of 3 mm thick, in the form of Tank Bars, of 8 mm thick in both cases, which do not permit the fragmention as well as the detachment of the armouring. The plates will be welded between them together with the exterior plate. A special monolithic armouring will fill the constuctuion, which will resist against any attack without bearing any loints and weak parts. The joining material of the constuction is cast aluminum with inactive emeral thickly anchred on the above mentioned plates of the gauze or the tank bars without any empty spaces.
Intermediate RST 37-2 steel plate of 8 mm thick weld in the circumference with thick welding and locally in the horizontal strengthening pieces by the steel plates of 6 mm thick with proper hole in these places.
Inside a RST 37-2 steel plate of 4mm thick, which will be placed with an empty space of 9 mm from the intermediate steel plate in order to form a vacum, sufficient enough to provide protection against fire to the content of the safe for at least 90 minutes. Additionally, aiming at the enchancement of the safety, the shell and the door of the safe all through their circumference will be made in tiers with angles of 90 degrees.
The monolithic armouring of the safe how been tested and certified for its resitance by the Institution of METSOVIO NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC SCHOOL (NR. 62485), which has been testing its resitance for 3 hours with success, according to SS 3000E Swedish test and control specifications concerning safes.

Door of the safe
1. The door will be supported by 2 hinges of heavy constuction, which will be equipped by conic roll bearings of horizontal turn connected with the door with plates of 5 mm, which are wielded to it.
2. The door armouring will be entirely identical to the one of the main body of total thickness of 11 cm.
3. The mechanism consists of two (2) upper bolts, two (2) lower bolts, six (6) bolts on the left side and six (6) bolts on the right side. All of them can move, their diameter is 35 mm they can all be secured to the respctive round carriers of the shell with the minimum of allowance. The bolts will be equipped with the mechanism of DETECT DEVICE for avoidance of damages in case of their percussion to the box of the safe. The mechanism will operate with two combination locks ILCO UNICAN (America) easy to thw change of the code with a key change. One lock will be of high quality and will be equipped with GROUP II protection against robbery according to U.L. 768 requirements and with the capacity of 100 million possible combinations. The other one will be of high quality and will be equipped with GROUP II protection against robbery according to U.L. 768 requirements and with capacity of 1 million possible combinations. The system disc-ring will be of counter-espionage type with nickel-satin tints for perfect elegance. Moreover, there will exist a special system (RELOCKING DEVICE), which will secure (block) the bolts independently of the lockings in case of attack with oxygen flame or explosives or of drilling the locks. However, there wil be intermediate lockings which will be placed to as much as possible accidental places and there will be absolutely no symmetry between them as to both two axes the door symmetry.
4. Internal steel plate of 2 mm thick, which will cover the mechanism.
5. Esternally partly welding of the door with stainless plate of the 1 mm thick in the place of the locks and all through the width of the door
6. The fly wheel, the mechanism, the handle and the bolts will be chrome-plated.

General
The exterior surfaces of the safe are painted in the color of your choice in high quality furnace paint and in moth-proof colour paint for full moth-proof protection. The inside surfaces are also painted in the same colour and with the same procedures mentioned above as well as the shelves, which are adjustable per centimeter.
